As soon as your payment has been received, we will coordinate the details of the transport together. Transport costs depend on: the place of residence and what time of day the delivery is. These costs are coordinated together. The place of delivery is the address that the customer has provided to By McCall. Shipment via Postnl of an order takes place within 5 working days after receipt of payment unless a longer delivery period has been agreed in consultation.

 

The risk of damage and / or loss of products upon delivery by By McCall rests with By McCall until the moment of delivery, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In case of shipment by third parties, the risk is not by By McCall.

 

Although we carefully pack all products, damage during transport can never be completely ruled out. If an order is unexpectedly damaged during shipping, you must notify the relevant party by e-mail within 48 hours after receipt of the order. The report must include clear photos of the damage to the product or products and the packaging. Visible damage to the packaging must be reported to the delivery person immediately upon receipt. By McCall always sends a photo of the packaging before shipping so that you know how it will go out.

 

If the delivery is delayed, we will in principle notify you within five working days after the order, but always within the legal period of 30 days. If the order cannot be delivered within 30 days after placement, you have the right to terminate the agreement at no cost.
